‘Deep Listening’ is an ability to attune to the living intelligence of nature and to the subtleties in human connection. This is a ‘skill’ that I continue to refine in my personal life & professional work. My journey has been about deepening a sense of connection to the Sacred.

My professional training draws from studies in counselling and humanistic psychology, environmental studies, yoga, somatic psychology, relationship therapy, women’s embodiment, music and teachings received gratefully from elders and teachers of Indigenous and natural wisdom.

I believe that we come to know ourselves in connection: to the Earth; to each other; and to inner nature. I believe all relationships (friendships, family and intimate partnership) hold up a powerful mirror, reflecting to us the deepest parts of our psyche that long for healing and wholeness.
My own personal experiences in relationships have shown me the depths of emotion, devotion, shadow and the importance of holding the flame of sacred love within.

I have facilitated workshops in Bali, Australia and California. I work with individuals and couples in person and online.
In 2022 I counselled couples at The Place retreats in Bali, which inspired me to continue to work with individuals and couples in retreat settings.

I am a seeker, a teacher, a writer, a sensitive, wild-hearted nature lover, a mother, a musician and a counsellor.
