We are wired for connection.
Relationships are a central part of our lives and a rich area for growth. All relationships, including friendships, family, and intimate partnerships help us learn more about ourselves.

Counselling sessions offer a valuable opportunity to explore relational issues with a trained professional.
Our struggles in relationships can often relate to past experiences and inner beliefs that need to be understood, resolved and healed in order to truly thrive.

Seeking support from counselling often requires stepping out of our comfort zone and into a place where growth and transformation can happen.
Some people commit to counselling as regular ‘maintenance’, other do so as a way of receiving active support through moments of transition or challenge.

My personal relational experiences have inspired my desire to support others.

My professional training draws from psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, somatic psychology, specialised couples counselling, yoga & movement, music and nature-based teachings. I have facilitated workshops in Bali, Australia and California.
